The philosophy of art, the spirit of ceramic brotherhood, faith in oneself, in one's right to have one's own artistic "voice– - this is the defining thing taken out of the walls of the workshop of Professor Ales Yakovlevich Migas. Together we form the face of modern Siberian ceramics, relying primarily on our own internal resources, on the deep roots of national cultures and the multinational living "cauldron" that Siberia is for us."

Creative Activities.
The range of Alena Yurievna's creative interests is wide and diverse. She is equally successful in turning to sculpture, graphics, design, organizational and educational activities, manifests herself vividly in literary notes. But her main love and life's work has always been and remains artistic ceramics. What she does not get tired of talking about in interviews and on social media pages. The possibilities of modern ceramics in our country are largely not disclosed, especially at the regional level. And the tasks that the artist sets for himself are not just the realization of his creative potential, but the formation of a cultural layer around him – the climate of the region.
As a truly great master, A.Y. Zalutskaya easily combines textured, color and sculptural principles in her works, being one of the brightest phenomena in the domestic decorative art of the last decades. Her bold and monumental vision of form and color, the combination of matte and glossy, textured and smooth surfaces demonstrate a confident master in her. Such examples give reason to believe that the Siberian school of ceramics contains a huge artistic potential. Regular symposiums and plein-airs of ceramics in Siberia ("Baikal-ceramics", symposiums on overglaze painting of the Siberian State Institute of Arts named after Dmitry Hvorostovsky) speak about the interest and active development of this type of art in the region.
