Yangulova (Chebodaeva) Maria Vasilyevna (Russian: Янгулова (Чебодаева) Мария Васильевна, [tɕəbɐ´dajevə], pronounced [jɐn´guləvə]; born 10 June 1963) is a Russian concert-chamber singer (lyric-coloratura soprano), Honored Artist of the Republic of Khakassia, Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia of the Committee on Culture, Education and Science.
She was born on June 10, 1963. She is a graduate of the Abakan Music College. In 1992 she graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Institute of Arts (since 2018 - the Siberian State Institute of Arts named after Dmitry Hvorostovsky, class of Associate Professor V.N. Karlova) with a degree in Concert and chamber singer, teacher.
After graduation, she was invited to work at the Khakass Republican Philharmonic. Maria Vasilyevna was actively engaged in staging the first opera performances in Khakassia and creating philharmonic programs for children. Chebodaeva has sung more than 400 concerts for children in schools and kindergartens. From the first days of her work to the present day, she has been a constant participant in gala concerts, children's programs, operas for children.
Russian Russian singer's repertoire includes popular arias from operas and operettas by Russian and foreign composers, old Russian romances, songs by Khakass composers and her own composition. With her participation, the Philharmonic staged the operas "Aida", "La Traviata" by G. Verdi, "La Boheme" by J. Puccini, "Love Potion" by G. Donizetti. The colorful stage image was created by Maria Vasilyevna in the musical "Under the First Star" by G. Pleshak, this work was highly appreciated by the author. Thanks to her bright stage charm and beautiful flying voice, Chebodaeva is especially organic in arias and scenes from classical operettas. In 2013, she performed the title role in the opera "The Maid-Mistress" by J. B. Pergolesi, which was warmly received by the audience and withstood several performances in Khakassia and beyond.
The artist pays great attention to the songs of her native land. In 1999, Chabodaeva won the Audience Award at the International Festival, which was held in Osh (Kyrgyzstan). The singer performed the program "Khakass folk melodies". Her performances in Poland with the Ulger ensemble were dedicated to the promotion of Khakass song folklore abroad. Together with the Honored Artists of the Republic of Khakassia I. Akhpasheva and L. Aryshtaeva, she created a creative project "Amazing Evening" dedicated to the song heritage of the Khakass classical composers A. Kennel, G. Chelborakov, O. Tokoyakov and others. The songs that sounded in a new way were greeted by the audience with great warmth, this concert program is in demand in different parts of our Republic. Khakass folk songs - takhpakhs are very popular with the public, which the artist collected in her native Ordzhonikidze district, wrote processing and presented in the author's performance.
The work of Maria Vasilyevna is known not only to the Khakass public. Maria Chebodaeva's performances were held with great success in the city of Krasnoyarsk during the anniversary of the Khakass Cultural and Historical Center (2001), as well as in Moscow at the celebration of the Independence Day of Russia (2002).
Chebodaeva's professional interests include the organization of large professional events. So, in 2003, the singer held the Republican contest "From Yry" and the Interregional festival "Ynarchas" ("Commonwealth").
With her creativity, work and talent, Maria Vasilyevna has made an invaluable contribution to the development of the musical culture of the Republic of Khakassia. For numerous achievements in the field of culture and art, Maria Vasilyevna Chebodaeva was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Khakassia. For her great contribution to the development and promotion of the musical art of Khakassia, she was awarded a diploma of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia. In 2004, she was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Khakassia.
