Nekrasov Vladimir Borisovich (Russian: Некрасов Владимир Борисович) is a Russian musician, accordion player, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
He was born on April 5, 1961 in the city of Petrovsk-Zabaikalsky, Chita Region.
He studied at a Children's music school (class of teacher V.P. Semiguzov). In 1980 he graduated from the Chita Music College in the class of E.S. Makovsky bayan. In 1985 he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Institute of Arts (since 2018 - the Siberian State Institute of Arts named after Dmitry Hvorostovsky), class of A.A. Lubennikov, in 1998 – an assistant internship at the Krasnoyarsk State Institute of Arts in duet with A.V. Kononchuk (head - Professor S.F. Naiko).
From 1985 to 2006 - soloist of the Chita Regional (Trans-Baikal Regional) Philharmonic Society, associate professor of the Trans-Baikal State Pedagogical University, teacher of creative schools for gifted children of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of Buryatia, initiator of the organization of festivals of accordion art "Days of Harmonica in Transbaikalia". Since 1987, he has been a teacher in the bayan class and the ensemble of the Chita Music School. He was a soloist of the Russian chamber orchestra "Zabaikalsky gem" and a member of the ensemble "Baikal-duet".
Since 2006, under a creative contract, he has been working in China, engaged in performing and teaching work. He is an associate professor at the Institute of Arts of Xiamen University, a teacher at the Xiamen Art School (China). In 2010, with the participation of Nekrasov, an accordion school was organized on the basis of general education and preschool educational institutions, where young musicians from China, Hong Kong, Malaysia study.
Domestic and foreign students of Vladimir Borisovich become laureates and diploma holders of national (All-Russian and All-Chinese) competitions of bayanists and accordionists held in Belgorod, Beijing, Harbin, Shanghai, Luoyang, Shandong; International competitions of bayanists and accordionists held in Russia, Mongolia, China, Singapore, USA, Italy.
Nekrasov himself is a laureate of such prestigious professional competitions as: the International Competition of Bayanists and Accordionists "Baltika-Harmonica" (St. Petersburg, Russia), "Fortissimo" (Lanciano, Italy); the National All-Chinese Competition of Bayanists and Accordionists (Shanghai, China).
As a soloist and as part of creative teams, Vladimir Borisovich participates in concerts held on the stages of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Japan.
In 2002, Vladimir Borisov Nekrasov was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
