Krasnova Elena Anatolievna (Russian: Краснова Елена Анатольевна) is a ceramist artist, teacher, organizer and curator of creative projects.

Creative Activities
Elena Krasnova is one of the leading ceramists of Krasnoyarsk. He is a prominent representative of the Krasnoyarsk school of ceramics of the 2000s and a teacher of the Department of "Artistic Ceramics" of the D. Hvorostovsky SSII. There seems to be no end to the variety of creative interests and opportunities of this author. Everything she undertakes, be it an exhibition, a ceramic symposium, a porcelain festival in Siberia becomes a regional event.
In her early works, Elena Anatolyevna paid much attention to ethnic and archaic motifs, ornamentation, natural textures, working with angobas, fluxes, restrained glaze scale. However, over time, the creative range of the author has expanded, enriched with color, modern subjects, topical issues of decorative art. E. Krasnova travels a lot, absorbing and transforming various cultures, being in constant creative search. The utilitarianism of ceramics recedes into the background, the artist's gaze concentrates on its expressive artistic qualities. A series of works dedicated to Africa, Venice, Paris, Siberia, reveal the diversity of color perception of nature and characters. In recent years, the leading theme of E.Krasnova's work has been images of contemporaries (the series "People and Things" (2014), the propaganda campaign "Transurfing Reality" (2019-2021), "Gadgets" (2015), "Music in Captivity" (2014) and others). In sculpture of small forms and in overglaze painting, in relief and spatial compositions, she shows us ourselves, so recognizable and different.
